High School to Hired is an event for Seniors interested in entering the workforce directly after graduation. Students will have the opportunity to interview with local employers. Coach Wilcher planned a Cookie Cladistics lesson for Mrs. Fluellen’s IB Science class. While learning about evolution, students had to identify traits and categorize their cookies before eating them. Cavplex is a student-led magnet, where students do all of the work. Mr. Chambers, CavPlex Magnet director, and RNE are always amazed by how a class can guide each other and grow together, receiving state and national accolades. In celebration of the RNE Culinary Arts’ 10th anniversary, they held a “Family Reunion” Culinary Competition, which included students and graduates of the program. It was a HUGE success!!
