Chef Wrightson receently took her Culinary Arts Management Two students to Smoked, a fine dining restaurant on Main Street. With the assistance of a Richland Northeast Culinary graduate and current employee of Smoked, Chef Wrightson met with Chef Tim, who was also excited about students coming to visit. During the visit, they were seated in a beautiful private dining room and was served a 4-course meal which was introduced and described by Chef Tim. Additionally, three of the kitchen staff, to include the RNE graduate talked with Chef’s students about their current roles, academic and career paths, and future goals. All three are graduates of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Wrightson’s Alma Mater. Richland Northeast would like to express their gratitude to Chef Tim for providing the wonderful experience and donating his time and resources to our students.
