Are You Taking the SAT in October?

A critical Bluebook™ update was released on September 25, 2025. Unless blocked, Bluebook will auto-update the next time it’s opened. Students use Bluebook to take PSAT-related assessments, the SAT®, and digital AP® Exams. Your Chromebook must be updated before School Day testing on October 23rd.

The next time you , open Bluebook themselves before test day or group readiness sessions (they don’t need to sign in).

If your managed devices don’t allow Bluebook auto-updates, perform manual updates to make sure testing devices are running the latest version of Bluebook, and remember to check for new releases every Friday on Bluebook Releases. Students must always use the latest version of Bluebook.

Technical requirements and guidance are always available at bluebook.collegeboard.org/technology.

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about Davidson College (North Carolina) and Columbia University (New York). Admissions Counselors from both will be in the Main Office Conference Room (Rm A126) to answer your questions about admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and much more.

Davidson College will visit RNE from 12:55 to 1:20 PM; Columbia University from 2:05 – 2:30 PM. Seniors & Juniors who have class during these times MUST have a pass from their teachers to attend. Email Mrs. James (cjames@richland2.org) with any questions.
