    Cost for RNE parking decals: $25. You will also need to bring verification that you complete Alive at 25 or a certified driving course. 

    Any vehicles parked on school grounds without a parking decal placed correctly on the rearview mirror will either receive a $25 parking ticket or boot. The removal fee for a boot is $45.

    RNE Teachers’ Tutoring Schedule

    Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to launch our After School Schoolwide Tutoring Program. However, our dedicated teachers have always provided tutoring to support students. The availability of these services may vary depending on the teacher’s schedule. Teacher tutoring hours can be found within their syllabus, but you can also locate these days and times HERE or by clicking the image.

    NOTE: Attending tutoring with teachers not only clears Detention hours, but also counts towards seat time once students complete 1.5 hours of tutoring in that subject. We encourage students to take advantage of these opportunities for extra help and support. As soon as school-wide tutoring can begin, we will share the details with you promptly. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we work through these logistics.

    Club Meetings Today

    Please click the image to see if your club is meeting today.ย  REMINDER: Students are only allowed to meet with their club they have the same lunch as their Club Advisor has. For example, if the Club Meeting is 1st lunch, then students in that Club can only attend the meeting if they also have 1st lunch. Students cannot be excused from class if they have a Club meeting. Also, students must have a pass from your Club Advisor to be in the building during lunch.

    Congrats Brandes, A National Merit Semifinalist

    Class of 2026, Caroline Brandes, was name one of 16,000 Semifinalists in the 71st annual National Merit
    Scholarship Program. She has an opportunity to
    continue in the competition for some 6,930 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $26
    million that will be offered next spring. To be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, Brandes must fulfill several requirements to advance to the Finalist level of the competition. About 95% of the semifinalists are expected to attain Finalist standing, and approximately half of the Finalists will win a National Merit Scholarship, earning the Merit Scholar title. National Merit Scholarship winners of 2026 will be announced in four nationwide news releases beginning in April. We are so proud of you Brandes.

The organization’s mission is to enhance the quality of life and reduce health risks by connecting families and communities with fresh fruits and vegetables through their Fresh Food Box program.

    Each box contains 9-11 varieties of high-quality fruits and vegetables, along with recipes, tips, and nutritional information to help people learn new cooking skills and adopt healthier eating habits. 3 Box options are available.     • RNE– Horizon, CavPlex, and PCA is Nationally Certified-Demonstration by Magnet Schools of America
    • 30 students earned earned one or more of the following titles : AP Scholar, AP Scholar with Honor, AP Scholar with Distinction, AP Seminar and Research Certificate, AP Capstone Diploma due to their scores on the Spring College Board AP exams.
    • The Parent Advisory Board Committee meetings begin October 23rd.
