Important Update: Your E-Learning Expectations Today

Please be advised that TODAY, Monday, January 26, is an official E-Learning Day. While the physical building may be closed, learning continues! We want to ensure everyone has the information needed to have a successful and productive day.
๐ป Student Requirements & Attendance
To be marked “present” for the day, students must:
- Log into Google Classroom for each of their scheduled classes.
- Complete the assigned work provided by their teachers.
The Deadline: We recognize that winter weather or maintenance can sometimes lead to power outages. While we encourage students to complete work tomorrow, the final deadline for submission is Friday, January 30, at 12:00 a.m.
Note: Completion of these assignments by the Friday deadline is required to receive attendance credit for January 26.
๐ Teacher Support & Office Hours
If students have questions or need a little extra help with their assignments, teachers will be available live via Google Meet during two specific windows tomorrow:
- Morning Session: 11:30 a.m. โ 12:00 p.m.
- Afternoon Session: 3:40 p.m. โ 4:10 p.m.
To find the correct link for your teacher, please click this link: ๐ E-Learning Office Hours Spreadsheet Link
Students are also encouraged to reach out to their teachers directly through Google Classroom messaging if they cannot attend the live office hours.
