ATTENTION: Class of 2025 Taking ACT October 1st

If you are registered to take the ACT test on October 1st, please do not skip this post. All Seniors scheduled to take this test MUST report to the Multipurpose Room by 9:00 AM on test day. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the room. Also, there will not be a makeup test scheduled if you miss this test.

You will need to bring your school-issued Chromebook and your 2024-2025 school ID. The ACT this year is digital so you will not be able to take the ACT without it. Unfortunately, the school also cannot guarantee, Chromebooks will be available. If you have not picked up your new Chromebook from the Media Center, please make sure you pick it up as soon possible. You will need to bring your old chromebook and charger for the exchange. If you need a 2024-2025 school ID, you can take your picture during lunch at the Attendance Desk. You will not be allowed in the testing room without your school ID.

One final thing you will need to do is pick up your ACT non-test instruction sheet and information booklet from the Reception Desk in the Main Office. These instructions not only contain your ACT ID but also information on completing the non-test instructions that must be completed before you take your test. Our Cosmetology students are beefing up their skills. Last week, the project was “ANYTHING BUT A PERM ROD”. Stepping out of their comfort zone, their application and skills were fierce. Looking forward to seeing upcoming projects. Soon they will be offering FREE services to RNE faculty on Fridays.

Our military-connected children say goodbye to friends all too often. This Military Child Education Coalition webinar summarizes and explains the qualities contributing to strong family connections. They will also share tips on how to strengthen family bonds as well as other key relationships children make throughout military transitions.  Click on the image to the left to watch the webinar.
