Did you receive an email from Dr. Myers today regarding your absences? If so, you have not yet cleared your Attendance Retrieval (AR)โformerly known as Seat Time. Failure to clear these hours will result in an FA (Failure due to Attendance) on your report card for one or more of your 1st semester classes, regardless of your current grade.
We want to see you succeed. An extension has been granted, giving you until 11:30 PM on Saturday, January 10th to complete all required AR hours.
You can complete your hours during the following sessions:
โ ๏ธ Note: If AR hours are not completed by the Saturday night deadline, an FA will be officially recorded on your report card.
Don’t guess! Please speak with your counselor immediately or attend an AR session today to determine exactly how many hours you need to clear for each class.
Letโs get those hours finished and protect your credits!
